Now you can send packages via the Picapac parcel locker!
This means that we’ve developed our personal parcel locker technology so that all the packages you want to send arrive safely at their destination—even when you’re away from home! How does it work?
For example, have you ever ordered shoes from an online store that didn’t fit? Now you can drop them off at a parcel locker near your home, send the code to the courier, and head off to work or the beach with peace of mind. The days of waiting for the courier to arrive, without even knowing the exact time, are a thing of the past.
Our network of partners is constantly expanding, and we work with several companies to help them understand the capabilities of the parcel locker and ensure that the service runs smoothly and conveniently for customers. However, the parcel locker isn’t just for courier services—you can share the access code with anyone who needs it.
For example, a friend wants to borrow your tent, but you don’t have time to hand it over to them. Leave the tent in a locked parcel locker, go on vacation, and either your friend or a courier will pick up the package from the locker.
How exactly does the shipping process work?
Order a courier
To send packages, you must select the "Telli kuller" courier service. Therefore, you must choose a courier company that offers the option of scheduling a pickup. You will then need to fill out the courier service order form, confirm the availability of your personal parcel locker, and provide the courier with the PIN code for the locker where they can retrieve the package.
The situation is different if you want to return a package—online stores often provide free pickup for returns. When shopping, be sure to check if this option is available!

Starting October 26, 2023, in partnership with Omniva, we are offering parcel shipping at the Omniva parcel locker service rate. PIN code for the courier?
Yes! Before placing a package in a personal parcel locker, you must enter a unique code on the box, which is used to retrieve the package from the locker. This code is different from the main code that is normally used to open the lockers.
Setting up a PIN:
The confirmation is sent via text message, so there is no risk of someone else locking the mailbox without the owner's knowledge.
Sample message: “Sending a package from the mailbox: L. PIN: 1111”
When a friend or courier arrives, they can use this code to open the mailbox and retrieve the package. The owner of the personal parcel locker will receive a notification as soon as the recipient enters the four-digit code.
Sample message: "The courier has picked up the package from the mailbox: L"
