Starting December 12, 2023, you can return Omniva packages at Picapac. Returns must be arranged in advance via the My Omniva portal. At Picapac, use the return shipping feature to process your return.
Instructions for returning the package:
1. Log in to the My Omniva portal . Ifyou don’t have a My Omniva account, please register. When you add your phone number, the system will automatically detect that you have a Picapac machine.
2.When you log in on the homepage, Omniva will ask if you want your Picapac address to be used as the delivery address. Please click “Confirm.”
3. On the homepage, select “Return a package from my Picapac” (located in the lower-right corner of the homepage)
If you don't see the return, your number isn't linked to Picapac in the Omniva system. Please contact our customer service at klienditeenindus@picapac.ee
3. Fill in the fields:
Enter the following in the “Package Return Code” field (1):
- a 6-digit return code received via email or text message; or
- the pre-printed tracking code included with the package (e.g., About You or Asos).
Enter the “Picapac PIN code” in the field (2)
- In the Picapac PIN field, enter the 4-digit PIN you will use to return the package via Picapac. Note: Do not use your personal package pickup code; instead, generate a new one for shipping.

Once you have entered the information, click “Confirm Return”.
4. The system generates a new code for returning the package.
Print out the shipping label and attach it to the package. If you don't have a printer, don't worry! Just write the tracking number on the package, and the courier will attach the shipping label for you 🙂 P.S. Please write the package code displayed in My Omniva on the package, not the 6-digit code from the message.
Place the package you are sending in the appropriate Picapac slot along with the PIN code you used when registering the package. A courier will pick up the package within two business days.
Here are some important points to keep in mind when sending a package:
- The redemption code can only be used once.
- When returning a package, you cannot select a time slot for the courier will pick up the package. The courier will pick up the package within two business days.
- Do not combine packages from different service providers in a single field.
- Returning a package from Picapac in this way is only available for Omniva packages.
