The Story of Picapaci
Do you still remember that warm feeling you had as a child when you found a little surprise in your stocking one morning while waiting for Christmas? You’ll get that same feeling when you use Picapaci to receive your packages.
About Us
Picapaci’s goal is to delight customers by delivering packages as quickly as possible and close to home. Picapac is part of Omniva and is closely integrated with Omniva’s services—including the option to send packages directly from your home. Our unique network consists of personal parcel lockers where all courier service providers can deliver packages.
No wasting time, no headaches, and no unpleasant encounters—just the sincere joy of having your items delivered home right on time.
Picapac was born out of a desire to offer the market a service that is even more convenient and closer to home than existing parcel lockers and courier services can provide. A group of motivated individuals eager to do something new brought this vision to life. On July 1, 2023, we acquired Parcelsea OÜ’s network of private parcel lockers, and on September 8, 2023, the new brand name “Picapac” was launched.
The Picapaci symbol captures that heartwarming moment when you finally get to hold the package you’ve been waiting for. It’s the joy of receiving a carefully delivered package! It also symbolizes the brand’s initial letter “P,” whose top resembles the dot above the letter “i.”
Picapac is a charming and clever name whose word mark is inspired by a modern visual approach and has an extremely straightforward meaning: “pick—a—pack,” or, in Estonian, “võta pakk.” The name itself gives a clear indication of the type of service it represents. Looking at the bigger picture, a connection comes to mind between gift-bearing elves and today’s express couriers.
