The laundry bag can hold bedding and towels for about 5 family members.

As part of our on-demand laundry service, you can put anything that fits into the bag, but please note that if the bag is too full, we cannot guarantee that the items placed inside will be returned to you wrinkle-free.

As often as you like, but keep in mind that you must have an empty laundry bag to place an order.

While we have established processes with our partners that have reduced mix-ups in laundry to near zero, with large volumes there is still a small chance that an error might slip through. In such cases, we always work with the customer to find a solution to the situation. We always take a personalized approach to every issue.

Please let us know at least 24 hours before pickup, so we can still make the necessary arrangements to ensure your laundry schedule isn't disrupted.

• Sign up for a subscription-based laundry service—the monthly service fee is €10
• Log in to your Picapac account on our website by clicking the icon in the upper-right corner.
• Select “Account Overview”
• Select “Schedule Laundry Pickup”
• A minimum service fee of €12 will be charged to your account—we will send you an invoice for the washed items after the laundry is completed, for any amount exceeding this fee. The invoice will list the different types of laundry that were in the laundry bag, item by item.
• Once you place an order, we’ll receive a notification, and we’ll pick up your laundry as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. We do not pick up laundry on weekends or national holidays.
• In the meantime, please place your laundry bag in compartment L of your smart mailbox and lock the lid. Our courier can open it using a PIN specifically assigned to laundry service customers and valid only for compartment L. 
• Now all you have to do is wait for your laundry to come back to you clean and ironed 🙂

With our on-demand laundry service, you can put individual items—such as shirts, jackets, coats, dress pants, etc.—as well as bedding, work clothes, and other garments that need washing and fit in the bag into the bag. It’s important to note that if the bag is overfilled, we cannot guarantee that the returned laundry will remain wrinkle-free during transport.

It is recommended to place black bedding and sheets in a laundry bag before washing. Do not mix damp towels with sheets, or vice versa, as they may bleed color.  

Please do not overfill the laundry bag for bed linens and towels; it must be able to close properly to prevent the laundry from getting dirty during transport.

With an on-demand laundry service, it’s also important not to overfill the bag, because if you do, we can’t guarantee that the returned laundry will stay wrinkle-free during transport.

We recommend that you remove the thermal box from the laundry bag before placing it in the bin, and do the same on the day you return the laundry bag. Otherwise, compartment L may not close properly, and there is a risk that the laundry bag could get wet or otherwise damaged.
