Couriers have access only to empty compartments. If the parcel locker already contains packages, it can only be accessed if one of the locker’s users has unlocked it. All Picapac needs is a flat, level surface and a location that is easily accessible to all couriers. Picapac does not require a power supply, as it runs on a battery; our partner is responsible for replacing the battery and monitors its status remotely.
