The Picapac shared parcel locker is designed for use by neighbors or apartment associations. The parcel locker is installed at your front gate, allowing you to receive all of Kaubamaja’s products and services without having to deal with couriers, meet them in person, or know them by name. You can also send and return packages.

As a business customer, you can pick up your packages without having to ask a secretary or administrator for help. This means that your packages will be waiting for you at Picapac until you’re ready to pick them up. In addition, our service allows you to send and return packages—all at the same price as the parcel locker service.
Share a parcel locker with your neighbors and lower your monthly fee. A shared parcel locker is a 3-compartment locker that can be used by multiple households. This means that neighboring households can order a single shared parcel locker and use it together. The service must have at least 3 users.
Keep your packages safe from our country’s unpredictable weather. And safe from your neighbors, too, because when a package arrives, only the recipient receives a notification, and the package can be retrieved from the locker using a unique code. That way, your neighbor can’t snatch your new shoes.
You can have packages delivered to your home at the same price as the parcel locker service. To do so, select the delivery option “1. Preferred/Picapaci Parcel Locker” when shopping in the online store; you’ll find it in the Omniva parcel locker dropdown menu.
When you pick up your packages from a shared parcel locker, you no longer have to plan your day around logistics or wait for a courier. You can pick up your packages quickly and conveniently whenever it suits you.
It's easy for neighbors to sign up for Picapac—when ordering a shared parcel locker, enter your home address and, in the additional information field, the address of the Picapac location you'd like to join.
Each household has one phone number, which should be provided as the contact number when ordering a package and to which notifications will be sent. This also means that your neighbors won’t be able to access your packages.
When your package arrives, we'll send you a text message with the door code to open the locker.
When placing a package in a parcel locker, the courier selects the correct customer address from a list. Therefore, it is important that you enter your correct address when placing an order.
If the package doesn't fit in the parcel locker, the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery method.

The notice period for terminating the contract is 60 days.
Your package will be held for 72 hours, during which time we will send you a reminder to pick it up. It is important that you pick up your package before the holding period ends. If you would like to extend the holding period, please contact klienditeenindus@picapac.ee
