To date, Picapac has offered a single product and service: a personal parcel locker designed primarily for use by a single household or business.
For quite some time now, there has been a demand in the market for a parcel locker that can be shared with neighbors, which is why we have developed a new service—the shared parcel locker!
The installation of the machines and the launch of the service will begin in April, but due to high demand, we are launching a pre-order campaign as early as January 26. PBy pre-ordering, you’ll be among the first to experience this new convenience early on!
The Picapac shared parcel locker is a 3-compartment parcel locker that can be used by multiple households. This means, for example, that neighboring households can order a single shared parcel locker and use it together.
The shared parcel locker looks exactly the same as a personal parcel locker, but it has new software that makes sharing the locker easy and convenient.
In addition to the customer, there can be up to 5 additional users. Only the primary Picapaci user—that is, the customer who placed the order—will receive a notification when a package arrives.
No, because all customers receive a unique code via text message when their package arrives, so your neighbor can't steal your stuff.
When placing a package in a parcel locker, the courier selects the correct customer address from a list. Therefore, it is important that you enter your correct address when placing an order.

The notice period for terminating the contract is 60 days.
The return fee is intended to ensure that if only one user remains at the parcel locker, that person does not have to pay the entire dismantling fee alone.
It will be held for 72 hours, and if you are unable to pick up the package within that time, please let us know as soon as possible , and we will extend the time or return the shipment to the sender.
