Picapac Campaign Terms and Conditions

 

Personal Package Locker Campaign: 

  1. The campaign is organized and conducted by Picapac OÜ, registration number 12670875, located at Pallasti tn 28, 10001 Tallinn.
  2. The campaign begins on May 1, 2024.
  3. As part of this campaign, Picapac is offering subscribers to its personal package locker service the FIX package for just €1 per month for the first two months—that is, 2 months for €2. In addition, delivery of the package locker is free. You can find more information about the packages and other detailshere.
  4. With the FIX package, you can add additional users to your account in addition to the primary user until the end of the year. To do so, please send your request to: klienditeenindus@picapac.ee.
  5. You can order a personal package locker at www.picapac.com. When ordering, enter the promo code: PICAPACFIX.
  6. We will deliver the parcel lockers ordered during the campaign period to customers in the order in which the orders were placed.
  7. This promotion applies only to the FIX package (regular price €16.90 per month).
  8. You can only order a personal package locker to an address located in Estonia.
  9. Picapac OÜ reserves the right to unilaterally amend and supplement the rules and terms of this campaign by notifying customers via its website.

Shared Package Locker Campaign:

  1. The campaign is organized and conducted by Picapac OÜ, registration number 12670875, located at Pallasti tn 28, 10001 Tallinn.
  2. The campaign begins on May 1, 2024.
  3. As part of the campaign, two types of packages have been distributed via the package locker:
    • "Neighbor Package" €8/month – per user/household, provided there are at least 3 neighbors. This package is part of a promotion in which Picapaci provides free installation of a package locker.
      • If, after 2 months, only 2 neighbors remain using the automated system, we will change the package to “Two Neighbors” at 12 € per user/household (calculated as 24 € divided by 2).
      • If, after 2 months, only 1 neighbor remains using the parcel locker, the customer can choose whether to replace the locker with a private parcel locker at the customer’s expense or to switch to a different package: “One Neighbor” €24 per user/household; the Standard Package costs €12.90 per month, which can be paid either as a fixed monthly fee for the year or as a lump sum for the entire 12-month period (12 × €12.90).
    • “Apartment Association Package” 30€/month – price for the association (for smaller apartment buildings and townhouses). The association is responsible for distributing the fee among its members. As part of this promotion, installation for this package is free. 
  4. You can order a shared package locker atpicapac.ee by selecting either the “Neighbor’s Package” or “Apartment Association Package” from the shared package locker options. 
  5. We will deliver the parcel lockers ordered during the campaign period to customers in the order in which the orders were placed. 
  6. Cancellation must be made 60 days in advance.
    • The cancellation fee for a household is €5 if the primary user cancels the subscription. If, for example, only 1–2 users remain, they should not have to pay the full disconnection fee at
      .
    • There is no €5 cancellation fee for the entire apartment association. A €49.90 disassembly fee applies to the apartment building package, just as it does for a private package locker (plus 60 days’ advance notice).

  7. Shared parcel lockers can only be ordered for an address located in Estonia. During the first quarter of 2024, we will install lockers anywhere in Estonia as requested, provided that at least three neighbors sign up within two months of installation—otherwise, we’ll let the customer choose whether to switch to a private parcel locker instead of the shared one (in the latter case, the customer must pay for the installation). 

  8. If possible, a QR code should be displayed on the shared package locker, which customers can use to register with the locker.

  9. Picapac OÜ reserves the right to unilaterally amend and supplement the rules and terms of this campaign by notifying customers via its website.

Newsletter Sign-Up Campaign: 

  1. The campaign is organized and conducted by Picapac OÜ, registration number 12670875, located at Pallasti tn 28, 10001 Tallinn.
  2. The campaign begins on May 1, 2024 
  3. As part of this campaign, the price of the FIX package for Picapac personal parcel locker subscribers is 1€/month for the first three months—that is, 3 months = 3€. In addition, delivery of the parcel locker is free. You can find more information about the packages and other detailshere. 
  1. You can order a personal package locker at www.picapac.ee. When placing your order, be sure to enter the promo code that will be sent to you via email.
  2. We will deliver the parcel lockers ordered during the campaign period to customers in the order in which the orders were placed.
  3. This promotion applies only to the FIX package for personal parcel delivery (regular price: €16.90 per month).
  4. You can only order a personal package locker to an address located in Estonia.

Limited-Time Package Promotion:

  1. The campaign is organized and conducted by Picapac OÜ, registration number 12670875, located at Pallasti tn 28, 10001 Tallinn.
  2. The campaign begins on May 1, 2024.
  3. As part of this campaign, the cost of the Fix Max package for subscribers to a personal package locker is €13.90 per month, which can be paid either as a fixed monthly fee for one year or in a single payment covering the entire 12-month period (12 × €12.90).
  4. Transportation is free as part of the campaign.
  5. You can order a personal package locker atpicapac.ee.
  6. We will deliver the parcel lockers ordered during the campaign period to customers in the order in which the orders were placed.
  7. This promotion applies to the Fix Max personal parcel locker plan (regular price €16.90 per month).
  8. If you select a fixed-term package, you cannot terminate the Agreement before the end of the term with a 60-day notice period, and you must give one month’s advance notice of your intention to terminate the service before the end of the twelve-month period. If neither party provides advance notice of their intention to terminate the Agreement, the Agreement will automatically renew for the following twelve months. If you wish to terminate the service before the end of the annual period, you must pay for the entire remaining period.
  9. You can only order a personal package locker to an address located in Estonia.
  10. Picapac OÜ reserves the right to unilaterally amend and supplement the rules and terms of this campaign by notifying customers via its website.

Kristjan & Marleen x Picapac Giveaway

  1. The sweepstakes is organized and conducted by Picapac OÜ, registration code 12670875, located at Pallasti tn 28, 10001 Tallinn.
  2. The sweepstakes runs from May 3, 2024, to May 13, 2024.
  3. As part of this giveaway, we’re giving the winner a Picapac personal package locker for half a year after the order is placed. After the six-month free period, the monthly fee for the Fix package for the personal package locker will automatically apply, at a cost of €16.90 per month. If the customer does not wish to continue using the package locker after the free period, they must notify us at > klienditeenindus@picapac.ee
  4. The winner of the raffle will receive free transportation from us.
  5. You can order a personal package locker atpicapac.ee by selecting the Fix package. We will email the promo code to the winner.
  6. The six-month free trial period for the lottery game applies only to the Fix package for personal parcel lockers.
