This is an 8-compartment parcel locker designed for use in smaller villages, communities, and, for example, apartment associations. The parcel locker features XS, S, and M compartments.

Any service provider that has partnered with us to use Picapaci can drop off packages at the parcel locker.

To drop off packages, both the customer and the courier must scan the QR code located on the parcel locker. Scanning the code opens the Picapaci website on the phone, where you can complete the steps to send the package.

The courier identifies the correct customer based on their personal address.

When a package is added to Picapaci by a courier, the primary user of the household will receive a notification about the package (Note: additional users will not receive a notification from Picapaci)

The parcel locker runs on a battery that lasts for at least one year. When the battery starts to run low, we’ll come and replace it with a new one.

Use a courier service for home delivery, as all couriers affiliated with Picapaci can drop off packages at the Picapaci community (currently Omniva and DHL, but more companies are being added)

In partnership with Omniva, you can pick up all packages sent via the parcel locker service from your personal Picapac.

For the Omniva parcel service to work, you need to:

1. Make sure your phone number is linked to the Omniva system. When you send your phone number to Picapaci customer service, they will forward it to Omniva, who will add it to their system. A single Picapaci account can have up to 5 additional users.

2. When shopping online, select the delivery option “1st preference/Picapac parcel locker” from the list of Omniva parcel lockers. If this option is not available in the online store, select the parcel locker nearest to you; once the package arrives at Omniva, it will be automatically routed to your home parcel locker.

P.S. With the Picapaci community, only the primary user of the household receives a notification when a package arrives. Packages for additional users are delivered via Picapaci, but they do not receive a notification.

When placing a package in a parcel locker, the courier identifies the correct recipient based on the customer’s address. Therefore, it is important that you enter your correct address when placing an order.

If the package doesn't fit in the parcel locker, the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery method. 

Please note: The community mailbox does not have an L-sized compartment, so packages of that size cannot be placed in it.
