In the Picapaci self-service portal, you can now add and manage additional users yourself

All you need to do is log in to your personal account on the Picapaci website and look for the “Additional Users” section in the self-service area.

P.S. If you're already a customer, additional users will be automatically added to the self-service portal!

In addition to your own number, you can add up to 5 additional users (for a total of 5+1):

• Enter the additional user’s phone number in the “New user’s mobile number” field. Note: Currently, only Estonian numbers can be added. To add numbers from other countries, please contact klienditeenindus@picapac.ee
• A text message containing a 5-digit verification code will be sent to that number, which the additional user must forward to you.
• Enter the code you received from the additional user in the “confirmation code” field. (You cannot add an additional user without validating their phone number.)
