As we enjoy the last month of summer, we’d like to remind Picapaci users that if you’re a frequent parcel recipient even while on vacation, don’t forget to turn off Omniva’s additional service when you’re away from home for an extended period. If, for example, you plan to spend your vacation on the other side of Estonia and want to have packages ordered from an online store delivered to an Omniva parcel locker there, all packages will continue to be delivered to the Picapaci location near your home, in accordance with the preference you’ve set in your Omniva self-service account.
To ensure your packages reach their intended destination and the parcel locker while you’re on vacation, you can temporarily disable redirection through Omniva Customer Service or use a phone number not linked to your Picapac account when placing an order.
